Mckenna was recently chosen from among all the students in her school to participate in the "Keys to Success" program. You are nominated by different teachers for different reasons... good grades... attendance... dedication and attitude. She received 2 nominations and then was chosen in a random drawing to be 1 of 50 students to compete to be the finalist from her school. That finalist then competes with maybe 5 or 6 other high schools in your district to win a car!

She didn't win... but she had a lot of fun trying! We are so proud of her and the wonderful girl that she is. It was a really exciting opportunity for her!

I am sorry she didn't win the car. But the most important thing was that she was nominated because of how well she is thought of! What a special young woman...makes her grandma proud!
